Cancellation Policy
We offer a 24-hour cancellation policy for all reservations, including those made within 24 hours of the rental. Boat reservation cancelations will not be refunded the non-refundable deposit even if you cancel more than 24-hours out, but we can allocate your deposit towards a future reservation No-shows are charged the full reservation amount with no refund. We understand that unexpected situations may arise and will do our best to assist you. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
